I am most passionate about making a positive impact in our local communities. Business plays a huge role in ensuring people have not only economic stability but also in creating social bonds and networks where diversity collides, and the impact goes back to our communities.

For fun, I like to go to the beach, go on road trips along the central coast, and spend time with my dogs and family. I am an amateur Cyclist and Musician.

The best part of working at August Roofing & Solar is the healthy environment created by its people. Even though we all come from different cultural backgrounds or are at different stages in our lives, everyone is easygoing, and super friendly and makes the environment not a job but a place with a purpose: redefining professionalism in the construction industry.

Prior to August Roofing and Solar, I was an operations manager for 8 years at Vallarta Supermarkets, managing several stores in the LA and Ventura area. I have a B.A in Anthropology from UCLA where I did research on U.S/Mexico Border Issues and assisted in the curation of archaeological exhibitions around the U.S and overseas. I have been working with August Roofing and Solar for three years in HR bringing my passion for understanding human behavior and my vision of creating an environment where employees, customers, and employers find meaning and have the resources to thrive.
